1. Lord Caitanya’s Disciplic Succession (500 years)
Notes:
1. Viśvanātha Cakravartī is not a direct disciple of Narottama Dāsa Thakur, but came in the disciplic succession from Sri Narottama Dāsa Thakura.
2. Healing Master Nalin K. Nirula’s Dīkshā name is Nayan Abhiram Das Adhikari Dev-Sarman
Meaning of the Name explained in Master Nirula’s site: http://www.getting-positive-karma now.com/govinda-maharaj.html
Maharaj [Srila Bhakti Sundar Govinda Dev-Goswami Maharaj] explained my name as meaning that, all eyes would become very pleased and delighted upon seeing me, creating a calming effect, and that wherever I looked I would create and see happiness and joy. The 'das' part of the name meant that I was a confidential servant of the Divine in His aspect as 'Nayan Abhiram'--He whom the eyes are pleased and joyful to see; 'adhikari' meant that I was entitled to share in the sacrifices offered to the deva administrators of the universe during various sacrifices meant for spiritual elevation; 'Dev-sarman' meant that I was equivalent to, and entitled to a seat with the deva administrators.
By Maharaj's blessings, we have been able to convey a special empowerment further on to our students. This is a key aspect of the KQ Force purple healing energy that radiates from the eyes of all the KQ healers. As they know, their look heals all that their vision glances over.
2. Lord Kṛṣṇa’s Disciplic Succession in Brahma-Madhava-Gaudiya Sampradaya (5000 years)
The disciplic succession or Guru Parampara is a succession of Spiritual Masters through which a particular conception of spiritual knowledge is transmitted from Guru to disciple. The Revealed Truth comes down to us through this succession of instructing Spiritual Masters. The Krishna conscious disciplic succession is the link which connects us to the Supreme Lord Krishna, who likes to distribute Himself through His agent, or the Spiritual Master.
Lord Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, who is nondifferent from Sri Sri Radha-Krishna, appeared some five hundred years ago in India; He chose to accept a place in the disciplic succession known as the Brahma Madhva Gaudiya Sampradaya. Lord Brahma was the first person to receive the Revealed Truth from Lord Krishna Himself, and is therefore the head of the Sampradaya. Madhva refers to Sri Madhvacharya, who was an especially prominent teacher in this succession; since the time of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, the succession has been known as the Brahma Madhva Gaudiya Sampradaya, because of His contribution and relevant role. Mahaprabhu's followers are known as Gaudiya Vaishnavas, and are also called Rupanugas, in honor of Srila Rupa Goswami -- the most prominent of Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu's associates -- who was empowered to present Mahaprabhu's teachings and conclusions.
